Impreza WRX Club are proud to host Australia's Biggest Annual Subaru Community Event - SubiNats '26!
What is SubiNats?
SubiNats hit the enthusiast market with a bang in 2014 at Wakefield Park to an overwhelming response. Another bumper year followed, after which the event moved to the popular Phillip Island circuit in Victoria for two wildly successful years, with each event attracting over 100 competitors and 450 spectators.
In 2018, SubiNats moved to Sydney Motorsport Park and expanded to become a two-day event utilising the entire SMP facilities in various combinations throughout the event. This event was monumental, with approximately 500 entries received across the SuperSprint, Motorkhana and Show ‘n’ Shine events, as well as an estimated 2000 spectators, which helped to grow awareness of the SubiNats event within the wider Subaru community. 2019 saw the event return to Phillip Island for another fantastic weekend of competition.
After unavoidable postponements in 2020 and 2021, 2022 saw competitors from all over Australia attend SMSP in what has now become the “must do” event for all Subaru enthusiasts nationwide. SubiNats '22 and '23 grew to take full advantage of the new lighting upgrade, providing 14 hours of competition and things to see in both daylight and under lights.
Celebrating the 10th year since it's inception, SubiNats '24 was the most ambitious event yet, with over 300 cars on display and close to 400 cars participating in a sunset parade lap.
With the event taking a break in 2025, the 2026 event is shaping up to come back bigger and better than ever, mixing things up and bringing the fans more of what they love.
The SubiNats event is proudly organised by the not-for-profit, volunteer Impreza WRX Club Inc., based in NSW, led by a committee of volunteers and enthusiastic Club members who are all committed to making this great event a success year on year.

Volunteering
New for 2026 - Volunteering Bonus: Club Motorsport Championship competitors will receive 5 Championship points, once per year, for completing 1 full day (8 hours) of volunteering at SubiNats or another supported motorsport event listed here. This event will require all hands on deck, so we highly encourage participation by all members of the Club.
